Situation

Being a young and fast growing company, SolNord AB decided to take help from Jobtip to hire new colleagues in all operating regions.

Solution

SolNord chose to try social recruiting in the search for their new installers. The ads were targeted towards relevant candidates, both active and passive job seekers, on social media platforms.

Result

So far, the region of Gothenburg, Stockholm and Skåne has hired solar cell installers from their social media job ads with a successful outcome. Therefore, SolNord continues to let us do their recruitment marketing for them.
