Situation

Marktegs had neither advertising material nor an Applicant Tracking System, but gave Jobtip full confidence for the entire procedure – from producing the ad material to collecting applications.

Solution

Marktegs chose to try social recruiting in the search for their new colleague. To further boost the process they also chose to combine it with two additional Jobtip services job branding and retargeting. With a custom-made ad text written by Jobtip's copywriters, a social recruiting campaign and the potent retargeting function Marktegs managed to find the perfect candidate to join their team.
